I'm a deeply passionate and spiritual man who loves life. I'm devoted to my children and to my friends. I'm also devoted to my work with the Interfaith Hospitality Network in helping families move through homelessness into permanent housing. Being from Kansas I understand Dorothy's words "there's no place like home". Home is that place within our hearts where we find and know peace...about ourselves, others and the world in which we live. I'm a former United Methodist Clergy and love spirituality. I also strive for equality and justice for all people, particularly those who find themselves on the margins. I attend the Metropolitan Community Church of the Blue Ridge and appreciate the community of friends I have there. I also love to sing, dance, write, hike, laugh and play. Cooking, a candlelight dinner, and soft music make a perfect evening!
